Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking for your next opportunity? We are offering an exciting fixed‑term secondment to cover maternity leave within our DAANA (Devon Adult Autism and ADHD Service) team.
Position details: based at Forde House in Exeter; contract type Fixed‑term secondment until 16 November 2026; part‑time (22.5 hours per week); salary £24,937 – £26,598 pro rata.
Responsibilities
* Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the DAANA team.
* Support with data entry, record‑keeping and document preparation.
* Handle correspondence, manage diaries and organise meetings.
* Assist coordination of service delivery and liaise with internal departments and external partners.
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative or business support role.
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and other standard IT systems.
* A positive, can‑do attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional Knowledge and Skills
* Intermediate IT skills in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Working knowledge of administrative procedures including diary management and appointment scheduling.
* Experience with creating electronic records and filing systems.
* Ability to manage a diverse workload while handling frequent interruptions.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Contract and Working Pattern
Fixed‑term secondment (11 months) – part‑time, flexible working arrangements (to be discussed in interview).
