The team work hard to develop chefs at every level and this is an exciting time to be part of new culinary offerings at the hotel.
Key Skills
1. Committed to the highest standards of cuisine, presentation and food preparation.
2. A good team player with initiative.
3. Relevant experience in a high quality kitchen.
4. A good understanding of HACCP procedures and implementation, preferable.
Key Responsibilities
5. To ensure the correct preparation, cooking and presentation of food to the highest standards in conjunction with the section head.
6. To ensure that efficient and smooth service is always maintained through forward planning.
7. To ensure good working relationships with colleagues and other departments.
