About our graduate programme. In all of our trainee and graduate roles, we always start with the basics first – it’s the best foundation for success. From there, you’ll move into your specialist area with real work, real responsibility, and a team around you to support your development. This is an operational generalist role sitting at the heart of our businesses. You’ll get exposure to a wide variety of functions – from client administration and process management through to project support – working across teams to keep things running smoothly. It’s a role where no two days are the same and where curiosity and initiative are rewarded. Over time, the position will be shaped around where your strengths lie, as we build out new departments and identify the best fit for you. What you’ll be doing. Supporting day-to-day operational processes across a range of internal teams. Helping to manage client records, data and correspondence with accuracy and care. Getting involved in process improvements as we build and refine new departments. Working with colleagues across compliance, paraplanning and client services to understand how the businesses fit together. Assisting with administrative tasks that underpin the delivery of financial advice. Using a range of internal systems and tools, including AI-powered platforms, to support your work. Attending team meetings and contributing to wider business projects as directed. About you. About us. Verve offers a range of services to financial planners and, along with its sister company, the not-for-profit Verve Foundation, ultimately works towards two key aims; to help support good quality financial advice firms to grow and develop, and to attract new people into financial services and help train them up, for the benefit of the future of the profession. In addition we are working on a new offering for financial advisers and are therefore looking for a range of fresh talent, to help build a number of roles and departments across the various businesses. Our focus is on relentlessly improving and never settling for doing what has always been done. We’re passionate that more people can and should benefit from financial advice, and it’s our mission to make that more accessible. Our starting salary is at least £24,800 with a general holiday entitlement, pension contributions, hybrid working (upon sign-off of probation) and a huge amount of potential future growth.
