Earlsdon Park Village, our stunning Retirement Village based in Coventry are looking to recruit a Care and Support Worker for Nights to join the team.

We are looking for naturally caring, compassionate and patient individuals to join us who are enthusiastic about delivering excellent, Person-Centred Care. The successful candidates will be able to use their own initiative and able to problem solve through quick thinking as situations arise. You will be able to clearly communicate with our service users both verbally and in writing as they themselves may struggle to communicate effectively.
The Role
* Role: Care and Support Worker
* Hours: Part Time, 18 hours per week
* Shifts: x2 Night Shifts from 21:00-07:00.
* Rate: £12.96 per hour
* Location: Earlsdon Park Retirement Village, Coventry, CV5 6JQ
