Working hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: 12 Month FTC
We are seeking an experienced Asset and Compliance Manager to play a pivotal role within our operational team, ensuring the effective management, assurance, and optimisation of our asset portfolio across the estate. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that all asset management, statutory compliance, and technical assurance activities meet regulatory requirements, align with industry best practice, and support our internal governance framework.
Acting as the subject matter expert, you will oversee the integrity of asset data, planned maintenance regimes, lifecycle strategies, and compliance documentation within our CAFM system (Maximo).
As a trusted advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all asset, lifecycle, and compliance‑related matters—providing expert guidance to internal stakeholders, service partners, and clients. You will champion a culture of compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong analytical and communication skills. The successful candidate will combine a robust understanding of Hard FM statutory obligations with a strategic approach to asset performance, risk management, and lifecycle planning.
If you have a passion for asset management and compliance excellence within a complex site environment, we would welcome your application to join our forward‑thinking team.
