Assistant / Finance Assistant
Carrickcraft,
Markethill
Carrickcraft
is the largest operator of hire cruisers on the Shannon and the Erne
with a fleet of 115 boats in three marinas. Over half of
customers are from German speaking countries.
Based
in Markethill, Co Armagh.
Main
job activities:
* Assist sales staff particularly on administrative issues
with existing bookings.
* Creation of and sending out our commercial newsletters.
* Attend trade shows a few times a year.
* Be responsible for maintaining the sales and purchase
ledger’s in Sage 50 Accounts.
* Resolve price queries with Travel Agents.
* Assist the Sales Manager and Director as required.
Essential
Skills:
* An excellent telephone manner in order to generate
telesales.
* A thorough approach to work with the motivation
to finalise outstanding tasks.
* Good I.T skills with the ability to use all Microsoft
Office products.
Desirable
Criteria:
* A working knowledge of Sage 50 sales and purchase
ledgers.
* A knowledge of all social media.
This
position is for 24 hours per week, which will include a Monday, a
Friday and one other day to be agreed. The position will attract a
very good rate per hour. A clean driving licence is essential.
