We’re seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable individual to support their finance and purchasing functions. This role involves a broad range of tasks across accounts, payroll, general finance administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Your new role
1. Manage customer invoicing, payments, and account statements.
2. Handle supplier invoices, payment runs, and resolve discrepancies.
3. Process payroll, pensions, and statutory payments (NI, PAYE, VAT).
4. Maintain accurate banking records, including reconciliations and expense claims.
5. Support month-end and year-end reporting.
6. Assist with audits and stock take activities.
7. Record production data and update import schedules.
8. Adhoc duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
9. Solid understanding of Finance ERP systems
10. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
11. Basic knowledge of accounting principles
