We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Cost Assurance team as Senior-Level Cost Consultants or Associate Directors. This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the UK’s most high-profile infrastructure projects, providing commercial assurance and strategic insights into project costs.
Ideal candidates will have a solid background in construction cost management, with a particular focus on NEC contracts and major infrastructure delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead cost assurance activities and forensic reviews across large-scale projects.
* Interpret complex contract documentation, particularly under NEC3/4.

Qualifications
* Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject such as quantity surveying, construction management, accounting, or commercial finance.
* Holds or is working towards an appropriate professional body membership (e.g., MRICS, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.).
