We are seeking a skilled and motivated leader to join our team as a Customer Team Leader.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and has strong leadership skills. As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service staff, coaching and developing their skills, and ensuring that they provide an exceptional level of service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team of customer service staff to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
* Coach and develop the skills of team members to improve their performance and productivity
* Ensure that all store policies and procedures are implemented consistently and effectively
* Manage the store's operational activities, including stock management and cash handling
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
Requirements
* A genuine care for the needs of customers and members
* The ability to strike a balance between leading and supporting your team and rolling up your sleeves on the shop floor
* Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* A desire to learn, grow and develop your leadership skills
