Now, we’re looking for a Strategic Account Leader to drive growth and deepen relationships across key accounts in the UK, with a focus on our Building and Campus solutions.

What You’ll Do
As a Strategic Account Leader, you will:
* Own and grow strategic customer relationships across the enterprise infrastructure ecosystem.
* Support a team of Strategic Account Managers working across the European region to grow revenue within their portfolio of accounts.
* Develop and execute account strategies that align with customer goals and CommScope’s business objectives.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, engineering, and executive teams to deliver tailored solutions.
* Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and lead complex sales cycles from discovery to close.
* Represent CommScope at industry events, customer meetings, and executive briefings.

What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in strategic account management, preferably in broadband, telecoms, or enterprise infrastructure.
* Strong understanding of networking technologies, including fiber, copper, and wireless infrastructure.
* Demonstrated ability to build C-level relationships and influence decision-making.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* A strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and a passion for innovation.
* Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally internationally.
