The home supports individuals with a range of needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and emotional or behavioural challenges.
You will lead by example, ensuring high standards of care while helping young people develop, thrive, and reach their potential.
This role includes a rota covering weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-in shifts .
Key Responsibilities Support the Home Manager in the daily operations of the service Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment Contribute to and help lead care planning and reviews Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation Work collaboratively with families and external professionals Ensure compliance with safeguarding and internal policies Lead shifts, delegate tasks, and support staff development Engage young people in daily routines and activities (e.g.
