You will be joining a company that is a renowned technical expert in this industry selling premium products to fabrication customers, as well as influencing other parts of the supply chain. The Role:
* Responsible for driving sales growth and maximising the return on investment for Deceuninck products within your customer portfolio.
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting the full product range in alignment with the company’s sales strategy.
* Acting as a trusted business partner, you will build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, delivering value-driven solutions that support their needs and drive long-term success.
* Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be part of a dynamic team of three Business Development Managers and three Field Technicians, working collaboratively to drive growth and expand a presence across the UK & Ireland.
* Each team member plays a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.
The Person:
* Experience or knowledge within the window system industry or directly linked/related industry products e.g. hardware, window fabrication machinery
* uPVC and/or Aluminium window system knowledge
* Customer facing sales experience. The role is also available for candidates in a technical role within the window industry who is looking for an opportunity to step into a sales role
* Prospecting, negotiating, influencing experience in converting sales leads through to order
* Commercial selling & negotiation, problem analysis and presentation skills
* Enthusiastic, friendly and works collaboratively
* Resilient with a drive to succeed and grow
* Proactive and self-starter
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Good attention to detail
