Position Summary

This role is responsible for managing retailer and distributor relationships across the UK and EMEA, driving retail and net sales and achieving profitability targets through strategic trade marketing and commercial planning.


Key Accountabilities

* Support the Sales Director in the annual net sales budgeting process.
* Building and ensuring the execution of a commercial plan to deliver the sales and profitability targets, including trade marketing plans.
* Managing relationships with all retail and distribution partners.
* Driving and monitoring net sales across all retail partners.
* Supporting the negotiating commercial terms with retail partners.
* Supporting NPD and Demand Plan forecasting.
* Oversee the NPD process to ensure all new products are order and shipped to all retailers and distributors in time for launch dates.
* Supporting to deliver ad hoc marketing opportunities e.g. subscription boxes.
* Support in the roll out and expansion of EVE LOM into new markets/retailers
* Oversee the administrative running of all regions (invoicing, sales orders etc.) supporting the Sales Coordinator where necessary.
* Ensure the flawless execution of the brand online by ensuring all assets are up to date and the best content is displayed.
* Ensure all planned promotional and trade marketing is executed properly in a timely manner.
