Job Description

3. Manage the reception desk, including welcoming clients and visitors in a professional manner.
4. Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and accurately.
5. Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for client meetings.
6. Maintain a clean and organised reception area at all times.
7. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and correspondence.
8. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.
9. Provide support to other departments as required.
10. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Receptionist should have:

11. Previous experience in a similar role within the Professional Services industry.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
15. A customer-focused approach with a professional demeanour.
16. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently.
