We’re partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a HR Advisor based in Manchester City Centre. This is a highly successful organisation with excellent culture and values, offering hybrid working options with three days per week working in the Manchester office. (Spinningfields area)
In this key role, you will focus predominantly on employee relations casework. You'll provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices and collaborate to develop and implement strategies for improving employee relations and engagement.
We are seeking a forward-thinking HR Advisor with a solid generalist background, strong employment law knowledge, proven experience of ER casework management, well-developed business and personal judgement skills, and the ability to engage colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
You'll be joining a dedicated and engaged HR team and will be afforded autonomy while working within a supportive and values-driven business.
