Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven National Field Operations Manager. This role focuses on managing a field team, driving sales, maintaining high standards, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. The manager will liaise, report, and support the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve store excellence and customer satisfaction
* Ensure compliance and uphold best practices
* Audit the field team and conduct field visits as per company standards
* Provide constructive feedback, address poor performance, and recognize successes
* Coach, train, and onboard new team members
* Build relationships with the field team and customers
* Drive sales through the field team
* Manage time effectively and complete reports
* Maintain excellent communication
Key Requirements
* Strong personal integrity and decision-making ability
* Willingness to travel nationally, approximately 4 days a week in the field
* Experience managing field sales teams
* Interpersonal and influencing skills to build relationships with teams and stakeholders
* Self-starter with good time management skills
* Team player capable of collaboration
* Determined, resilient, and proactive in resolving issues
* Ability to handle conflicts confidently
* Professional personal presentation
* Fluent in English; bilingual skills advantageous
* Educational qualification up to GCSE level
* Experience or knowledge of visiting retail outlets with field sales teams
* Proficient in IT systems: Word, Excel, Email
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle
Remuneration
* Competitive annual salary with end-of-year bonus
* OTE £50,000 to £55,000 per annum
* Vehicle allowance, mobile phone, and laptop
