About The Role
Are you ready to take your culinary skills to the next level? As a
Chef de Partie
, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, working alongside the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver exceptional food experiences at Butlins. Your primary responsibility will be managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that every dish is prepared, cooked, and presented to perfection. You’ll follow set recipe specifications and uphold our brand standards while leading a small team of commis chefs. In this dynamic role, you will: Oversee daily operations in your section, ensuring efficiency and compliance with food safety policies. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, setting a standard for the Commis Chefs you mentor. Prepare and cook dishes according to pre-approved recipes, while managing budget margins with the support of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

Energetic and enthusiastic team players who understand the impact they have on guest experiences. Ideally, a Level 3 Food Safety qualification (though not essential). Strong management skills related to margins, costs, and health, safety, and hygiene regulations. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a guaranteed
35 hours per week
across
5 days
(including weekends and late finishes). A variety of shifts are available, starting as early as 7 AM and running until midnight. For those looking to relocate, we can provide
