We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support the learning, emotional well-being, and social development of our pupils. You will assist with classroom activities, small group work, and one-to-one support where needed.
The Role Will Include
* Supporting the class teacher in delivering high quality teaching and learning
* Assist in the preparation and organisation of classroom resources
* Work with individual or small groups of pupils to reinforce learning
* Help to create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment
* Promote good behaviour and support the emotional wellbeing of pupils
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families

* Can build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Has good communication and organisational skills
