Location: Bradford region, with at least one day per week at the Bradford office.
Permanent role, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am‑5pm.
About The Role
Your primary responsibility is to serve as the first point of contact for tenants, ensuring the effective management and maintenance of tenancies. You will support customers throughout their journey from onboarding to the end of their tenancy, including rent collection, anti‑social behaviour management, and, when necessary, legal action such as court proceedings.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service to tenants and other stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate tenancy records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Handle rent accounts and manage anti‑social behaviour using a multi‑agency approach.
* Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
* Develop strong relationships with internal and external partners to support community initiatives.
Salary
£37,247 per annum for candidates who fully meet the role requirements; starting salaries are 5%–10% below the spot rate depending on experience.
Vehicle allowance: £1,250 per annum plus mileage for travel around your patch.

Qualifications
Experience delivering housing management services, understanding tenancy and neighbourhood management. CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing or willingness to obtain it. Proven track record in managing anti‑social behaviour and knowledge of rent collection processes and legal frameworks around income recovery. Full UK driving licence and vehicle access required.
Successful candidates will undergo DBS and social media checks as part of pre‑employment checks.
