Job Responsibilities
* Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
* Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
* Serve as a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
* Have a good understanding of the membership software system.
* Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus; participate actively.
* Assist the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor activities.
* Experience the products and services offered by the club.
* Maintain cleanliness of the facilities to above-standard levels, supporting the team in upkeep.
* Drive secondary sales and meet spend KPI targets.
* Handle member complaints professionally and inform the relevant manager.

* Outgoing personality with a positive mindset.
* Proficient in administrative duties.
* Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop role-specific skills.
* Willing to participate in learning and development opportunities for career progression.
* Able to perform operational key holder duties as required.
* Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service.
* Flexible to work shifts and support team members with additional duties.
* Target-focused, supporting sales and retention goals.
