Warehouse Operative & Forklift Driver
Medway
Monday-Friday (6am-4pm)
c.£30k
Do you have a counterbalance and reach truck licence?
Do you have experience working in a mixed role including both forklift duties and general warehouse?
I am looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative who has forklift licences for both counterbalance and reachtruck (in-house licences accepted) to join my client’s team! A great opportunity to join a well-established, market-leading organisation in a fast-paced role!
Duties include:
* Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
* Order picking using IT systems
* Loading and unloadinglorries
* Preparing products for production
* Moving pallets around the warehouse
* Ensuring the warehouse is keptclean and tidy
* Any other duties required
The successful candidate will have / be:
* Previous experience as Warehouse Operative
* Both counterbalance and reachtrucklicences (in-house licences accepted)
* Experience using computerisedstockcontrolsystems
* Strong attention to detail skills to ensure items are picked correctly
* Organised and able to meet KPI targets
* Physically fit in order to work long days and stand for long periods of time on occasions
