HR Project Manager (Fixed Term Contract) HR Project Manager Role overview: Please note: This is a fixed-term contract position, currently set to conclude on 31st December. The HR Project Manager plays a crucial role in supporting complex and sensitive multi-country HR initiatives, including restructures, TUPE processes and other organisational changes. This role acts as a trusted partner to senior management and HR colleagues, supporting HR Operations and ensuring the smooth execution of HR core processes and adherence to change program timelines. Responsibilities: ·HR Projects support Plan HR Operations deliverables aligned to business change program landmarks Plan annual change demand view and impact on HR Operations team resources and support capabilities Support the execution of HR processes related to organisational restructures, reorganisations and TUPE transitions Provide expert advice and hands-on support to senior management and HR teams on sensitive projects Collaborate with partners to maintain compliance with employment laws and organizational policies during programs and projects Support specific extra projects cascaded down from HR Operations Management, including but not limited to Process Improvement, Document Standardisation and others ·HR Core Process Management Build knowledge of location and/or division-specific practices, applying this to improve the future delivery of services Support colleagues with validation of any data amendments, calculations and document checks, to ensure a high-quality service delivery (as required in peak times) Support employees and other HR Operations partners by advising regarding standard processes and offer solutions and options to requests and cases ·Collaborator and colleague support Act as a key liaison between HR colleagues and internal/external partners during project execution Build relevant program updates on behalf of HR Operations, e.g. Status Reports, Operational Progress Reports and Enablement presentations Support the HR Operations Snr Manager in reviewing the team operating structure and capacity to take on extra workload as required Support the HR Operations Management team with embedding a great team culture and new ways of working within the virtual team ·Compliance and Reporting Maintain compliance with labour laws and company policies during restructures and other HR projects, including the relevant reporting Prepare and analyse reports on HR metrics and project outcomes Assess progress against SLAs and delivery against agreed scope, performance, and timelines ·Continuous improvement Find opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance HR operational processes and systems Contribute to the development and implementation of best in class practices across the HR function Collaborate with other Global HR Operations Partners to deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience whilst maintaining stays in sync with Flutter standards and business expectations ·Training & Development Assist with the planning and coordination of trainings for the new hires & the existing team members, as required Provide administrative support during recruitment & onboarding of the new hires Skills and Capabilities: Experience in a fast-paced, vibrant environment is desirable Experience working within HR Operations with knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, experience supporting senior collaborators preferred Experience in supporting HR related programs and projects Proven ability to support employees across the globe, taking into account local nuances preferred Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering practical solutions Comfort navigating through and processing transactions in an HR enterprise system (Workday preferred) Excellent written communication skills Analytical attitude with ability to identify and solve problems as the need arises Focused on employee experience and efficient process delivery Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with other departments like rewards, finance, legal, and IT Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously About Flutter Flutter is the world’s leading online sports betting and iGaming operator, with a market leading position in the US and across the world.
