Joining our team as a call centre/admin assistant you’ll have a desire to provide an excellent service to our customers and the ability to communicate with friendly & professional approach.
We are looking for someone with call centre experience to join our team as a Call Centre Assistant, no knowledge of optics is necessary, all optical specific training is given.
In this role you will be our customers first point of contact when they call in therefore, we are looking for someone with customer service and call centre experience with strong communication skills, who is good with people, has an organised approach and a willingness to help. The call centre takes inbound calls for 2 busy optical stores and requires outbound calling to customers to triage appointments and deal with queries. Excellence on the phone and IT packages (office) is a must.
As part of the role you will: answer all calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner, transfer calls efficiently, respond to customer queries, ensure customer details are captured accurately across multiple databases, triage patients with eye health concerns, as well as admin tasks including completing and posting orders and receiving and checking deliveries.
