Junior Stores and Warehouse Assistant - Manufacturing Electrical Control Panels
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and supplies.
2. Maintain proper inventory records.
3. Store materials in designated areas following safety protocols.
4. Issue materials to production as per daily/weekly requirements.
5. Monitor stock levels and notify purchase team when reordering is required.
6. Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per delivery schedules.
7. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
8. Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks)
9. Coordinate with suppliers and transporters for incoming/outgoing goods.
10. Handle documentation for inward/outward materials.
11. Assist in preparing reports on stock usage and discrepancies.
Requirements:
1. Strong organisational and time management skills
2. Good communication and team coordination skills.
3. Familiarity with safety and compliance standards
4. Basic computer skills (MS Office).
5. Physically fit; able to lift and move materials.
