Overview
Production Operative – £12.64 per hour plus time and half and double time overtime rates. Fantastic manufacturing company based in St Ives is looking for a Production Operative. This is a temp-to-perm position assembling various small to medium products. (NO heavy lifting, however standing all day)
Responsibilities
* Work at your own workstation
* Use a variety of hand held and power tools, nuts, bolts, screwdrivers, etc.
* Follow standard operating procedures (full training given)
* Maintain high attention to detail
* Basic mechanical assembly
* Work in a fast paced environment
The post will come with full training; however you will be expected to pass a dexterity test first to assess your skills.
Hours
* 4 day working week – 37.5 hours
* 8:00–18:00 Monday to Wednesday
* 08:00–17:30 Thursday
