Join Our Team: Contracts Administrator
Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Contracts Administrator for our Fabric Department. In this role, you will act as a central point of coordination, responsible for:
1. Raising job requests and managing quoted works
2. Ensuring RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) are completed prior to site start
3. Keeping clients and engineers informed with timely updates
4. Managing permits and compliance documentation

Primary Duties of the Reactive Contracts Administrator
1. Work closely with the Fabric Contracts team/helpdesk and engineers
2. Plan and schedule quoted jobs for specific trades daily
3. Advise clients regarding attendance dates and realistic timeframes based on trade availability
4. Complete all RAMS for quoted works and reactive jobs as requested by clients
5. Manage materials delivery, checking delivery 24 hours prior to job start
6. Answer calls from engineers to assist with on-site queries
7. Liaise with and respond to client queries, escalating as needed
8. Update CRM systems (Job Logic)
9. Complete all permits of work
Skills Required
1. Strong communication skills

3. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail
4. Ability to work independently or as part of a team
5. Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows
6. Knowledge of the construction/facilities management industry
7. Previous experience in a trade environment
Additional Details
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm / Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5pm and Friday, 8am - 4pm, alternating weekly.
