About the Role
The Best Connection Tamworth is recruiting Call Centre Operatives for one of the UK's largest vehicle glass repair and replacement specialists, based in Tamworth.
This is a non-sales role with NO cold calling. Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain call centre and customer service experience in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Handling incoming calls from members
* Delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries
* Liaising with engineers via telephone and email to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
* Updating systems accurately with call and job information
* Assisting with general office administration, including:
o Filing
o Copying
o Basic data entry
* Using Microsoft Word and Excel.
