Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Work as part of a team in and around Leeds and surrounding areas, delivering routine PPMs for various M&E services such as water hygiene monitoring and emergency lighting testing, along with minor repairs in commercial properties within the portfolio.
2. Complete planned servicing and reactive reports, noting significant events or activities, and communicate effectively with the JLL FM team and INTEGRAL management.
3. Participate in health and safety compliance activities, including hazard/near-miss reporting and scheduled toolbox talks.
4. Liaise with the supply chain for ordering M&E components for remedial or corrective works.
5. Take ownership of areas under INTEGRAL control, including plant rooms, ensuring they meet the required standards.
6. Complete eLog books and work orders efficiently, acknowledging and finishing within SLA.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Previous experience in the commercial sector is preferred but not essential.
* City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 / Apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and safety is essential.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all staff levels.
* Proactive approach to achieving high standards of operation.
* Good IT and report-writing skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, remaining calm, clear-headed, and delivering services within given time constraints.
