Role: Commercial Property Agent - Northamptonshire
Salary: £60,000- £65,000 plus car allowance, benefits and bonus

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and grow a varied portfolio of commercial property instructions across retail, office, industrial and mixed-use sectors
2. Proactively generate new business through networking, prospecting and relationship building
3. Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, investors and developers
4. Identify and secure higher-value and more complex commercial opportunities
5. Strengthen the firm's reputation and presence in the Northamptonshire market
6. Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and support business growth initiatives
7. Represent the business confidently at client meetings, viewings and events
About You
8. A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and takes real ownership of performance
9. Demonstrable experience in commercial property agency, ideally within the East Midlands or similar markets
10. A strong business developer with a track record of winning instructions
11. Confident managing negotiations and transactions independently
12. Commercially astute, ambitious and driven to grow a local market presence
