Responsibilities:
* Lead and support complex casework involving older people and adults with physical and learning disabilities
* Complete and oversee Care Act assessments, care planning, and reviews
* Provide professional oversight and support to less experienced team members
* Contribute to DSTs, safeguarding, and court work where required
* Ensure high-quality, person-centred practice across a complex caseload
* Work collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver effective outcomes
To be considered, ideally you will have:
* Minimum 3+ years' post-qualified experience in adult social work
* Experience working at Senior Social Worker level or acting-up experience
* Social Work Degree/Diploma
* Registered with Social Work England
* Strong knowledge of the Care Act, safeguarding, and complex case management
* Confident decision-maker with excellent leadership and communication skills
