Shoezone has an opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our team based in Hinckley. You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis.
This position requires you to work on Sundays for 4.5 hours. Flexibility for the rest of the week is also required, and the core rota may change based on the needs of the business.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary, pro-rated between £2,351.25 and £3,189.86 per annum (Full Time Equivalent £19,593.75 to £23,923.96) depending on your age. After three years with the company, you will be on the national minimum wage for 21+ year olds regardless of age. You will also have access to career development opportunities and benefits.

The Sales Assistant Role
We don’t expect you to know shoezone inside out from the start. We provide training and development to equip our Sales Assistants with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to excel. A genuine enthusiasm and passion for helping people, along with a motivation to learn and develop, are essential.
