As Head Nurse, you will lead our nursing team to deliver outstanding patient care while fostering a supportive, collaborative, and positive working environment. You will be instrumental in maintaining our exceptional clinical standards and ensuring our bespoke technology and state-of-the-art facilities are used to their fullest potential.
Job Requirements
* Proven experience as a Head Nurse
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and empower others.
* Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
* Confident using technology and open to working with innovative veterinary systems and tools.
* A proactive, organised, and compassionate approach with the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team to ensure the highest standards of patient and client care.
* Oversee the smooth running of daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practice protocols.
* Collaborate closely with our veterinary surgeons and wider practice team to deliver seamless care and an exceptional client experience.
* Manage clinical standards, health and safety compliance, and the maintenance of all medical equipment and technology.
* Take responsibility for stock management and ordering of medical supplies and medications.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivated team culture in line with our Creature Comforts pillars.
* Actively contribute to the development of the clinic and participate in continuous professional development and training.
