Your new role As Warehouse Supervisor, you will take full responsibility for the day to day running of the warehouse and dispatch function, ensuring finished goods are accurately prepared, stored and dispatched in line with production plans and customer requirements. You will oversee goods in and goods out processes, maintaining full traceability and accurate system records while coordinating stock control, FIFO rotation and inventory transfers. Working closely with production and planning teams, you will ensure materials, ingredients and packaging are available when required, supporting smooth operations across shifts. The role also has a strong focus on food safety, compliance and site standards, including BRC requirements, yard safety and housekeeping, making this a hands on leadership position within a fast paced but well organised environment. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will bring previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch environment, ideally within food manufacturing or a regulated setting. You will have strong attention to detail and be confident managing documentation, stock accuracy and traceability. Experience operating FLT or EPT equipment is important, along with sound IT skills and the ability to plan effectively in a busy operation. Most importantly, you will be someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly with colleagues and leads by example, balancing compliance and efficiency with a practical, solution focused approach.
