–ALTRINCHAM – PERMANENT – £25,000PA – FULL-TIME
Our client who are based in Altrincham are looking for a confident administrator to join their team based in a prime Altrincham location.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients who use the specialist service our client provides
1. Processing work orders and assigning consultants in adherence with client budgets
2. Updating various systems such as Salesforce, ERP and other project trackers
3. Managing invoices and purchase orders
4. Ensuring that expense receipts and documents are correct for client invoicing purposes
5. Monitoring billing and ensuring that payments are made and recorded correctly
6. Liaising with clients and internal staff to resolve any queries
You will be a recent graduate, or have a degree coupled with experience in an office setting.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised with excellent attention to detail and enjoys working methodically whilst working on multiple projects.
