Reporting to the EVP, you will take ownership of delivering revenue targets,shapingand executing our sales strategy,and drivingstrong performancethrough effective KPI management. Our officesare located inUffcott, Wroughton near Swindon.This is a hybrid role, with on-site presence to be agreed. Occasional travel to client sites and UK-wide conferences will berequired.
What you will do
Your key responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
Leadership & Team Management
1. Lead and develop the NN Lead and Customer Success Manager, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
2. Strong understanding of both upsell/cross-sell and new business sales cycles and methodologies to ensure working closely with the team, ensuring alignment on sales targets, customer experience, and operational delivery.
3. With more than 1,000 customers retention is key, working to ensure customer excellence is provided throughout the company.
4. Collaborate with the Professional Services (PS) Lead to ensure customers are efficiently scheduled into programmes, courses are effectively marketed, and capacity is optimised and forecasting accuracy.
5. Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and departmental goals.
Sales Growth &Strategy
6. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on driving new business acquisition and B2B revenue growth.
7. Identifyand pursue new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
8. Collaborate cross-functionally to align campaigns, and service delivery withsales objectives.
Performance & KPI Management
9. Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales, ensuring consistent performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
10. Analyse pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and marketing campaign results toidentifyareas for improvement.
11. Provide regular reports and performance insights to the EVP.
Customer Experience &Collaboration
12. Work closely with the CSM and PS Lead tomaintainstrong customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention as measured by revenue and NPS scoring
13. Ensure that customer feedback informs both sales and marketing strategies.
14. Promote a unified approach across departments to deliver a seamless customer journey frominitialcontact through to service delivery.
Reporting &Forecasting
15. Produceaccuratesales forecasts, performance reports, and commercial analyses.
16. Present findings, trends, and recommendations to the EVP and senior leadership team.
MarketingOversight
17. Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment withsales objectivesand brand positioning.
18. Deliver impactful content, digital campaigns, events, and customer communications.
19. Monitor and evaluate lead generation performance, ensuringmaximumROI on spend and activities.
20. Ensure that all marketing materials and communications effectively promote products,coursesand services,
What we are looking for

21. Proven experience as a Sales Team Lead or in a similar role, ideally with the ambition and readiness to take on full management responsibility.
22. Demonstrated success in leading sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
23. Experience in buildingaccuratesales forecasts andmaintainingclear pipeline visibility.
24. Strong understanding of integrated sales strategies, KPI management, and performance reporting.
25. Experience working cross-functionally with operations, customer success, and professional services teams.
26. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
27. Ability to work effectively with a range of sales and reporting tools.
28. 3+ years of software sales and managementexperience.
