We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Brand and Marketing Manager, this role will play a key part in planning, coordinating, and attending events that showcase Collins Earthworks within the agricultural, construction, and local community sectors.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Coordinate, plan, and deliver all events in the company calendar.
* Act as the main point of contact for event organisers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
* Arrange logistics including stand set-up, transport, branding materials, hospitality, and staff requirements.
* Ensure all events reflect and promote the Collins Earthworks brand consistently and professionally.
* Work closely with the Brand and Marketing Manager to develop event strategies, campaigns, and post-event evaluations.
* Manage stock of promotional items, marketing materials, and branded merchandise.
* Provide event reports, including feedback, attendance statistics, and opportunities for improvement.
* Support additional marketing activities and projects as required.
Requirements:
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence dealing with external partners and the public.
* Creativity and attention to detail to ensure events are engaging and impactful.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required for events.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools/software.
* Experience managing social media campaigns and using scheduling tools.
* Knowledge of marketing principles, including brand management and campaign coordination.
* Confidence in using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to promote events and share live and scheduled updates.
* Ability to create engaging content for promotional materials, event literature, and digital channels.
Experience:
* Previous experience in an events, marketing, or coordination role
* Experience within agricultural, construction, or related industries
* Budget management and supplier liaison experience
* Resilience and ability to work well under pressure
License/Certification:
* Clean Full UK Driving Licence (essential, due to travel to events)
* Marketing qualification desired but not essential
