Responsibilities: Coordinate and project manage internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure the successful delivery of projects, leveraging experience within housing associations to effectively navigate sector-specific requirements. Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. Manage resource planning including availability, allocation and tracking, to support both day-to-day operations and transformation activities. Developing detailed project plans to track progress including dependencies and milestones. Creating, forecasting and managing project budgets. Communicating effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and interested parties. Create and maintain thorough project documentation, including delivery plans, status reports, risk logs, and change management records, to support governance and audit readiness. Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Complex stakeholder Management. Define project scopes and objectives with input from all relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility and business goals, particularly during financial system implementations. Apply best practices and structured project delivery methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall) with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) to support the people side of change, build stakeholder engagement and drive successful adoption. Skills & Experience: A good standard of education to A Level or equivalent. A Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE II, Agile) is desirable. Significant experience managing business and IT projects throughout their lifecycle, especially within housing associations. Experience with financial system implementations is beneficial. Understanding and application of Change Management tools and frameworks. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with strong influencing and problem-solving abilities. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with MRI, 8x8, and Sim Financials is desirable. Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
