Key Responsibilities
* Set up and manage secure user access to vital healthcare platforms, gaining real‑world IAM experience with tools like Azure AD and AWS IAM
* Resolve login and access issues that could delay diagnoses, helping clinicians access critical imaging fast
* Configure and support cloud services like AWS and Azure, giving you daily exposure to cutting‑edge cloud environments
* Automate access management using Python, PowerShell, or Terraform, sharpening your scripting skills
* Troubleshoot imaging system issues (PACS, DICOM), ensuring radiologists and clinicians can view scans without delay
* Help integrate imaging with EHRs and other systems, streamlining patient data access
* Document solutions and improve support guides, so others can solve problems faster

The Person
* Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
* Hands‑on knowledge of cloud services and scripting tools
* Good communicator who enjoys solving real‑world tech problems
* Keen to grow in healthcare IT and contribute to meaningful change
* AWS or Azure certification, experience with EHR or PACS systems (Desirable)
