The successful candidate may also be required to support The Redwoods Centre in Shrewsbury on occasions.</p><h3>Key Duties</h3><ul><li>Providing clinical pharmacy support through ward visits</li><li>Supporting mental health pharmacy services</li><li>Working alongside clinical teams to ensure safe and effective medicines management</li><li>Supporting ACT technicians within the dispensary</li><li>Providing specialist advice in relation to mental health medicines</li><li>Supporting patients and clinical staff with medication‑related queries</li></ul><h3>Applicants must have</h3><ul><li>GPhC registration as a Pharmacist</li><li>Mental Health pharmacy experience</li><li>Hospital pharmacy experience
</li><li>Previous ward‑based clinical pharmacy experience</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team</li><li>Right to Work in the UK</li><li>Relevant compliance documents</li></ul></div>
