Summary: The Senior Manager, Omnichannel Production will be the contact for executing omnichannel campaigns for brands globally. This role involves tactical planning and execution, focusing on quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. Expertise in project management, digital marketing, and stakeholder collaboration is essential.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee campaign execution aligned with brand strategy.
* Manage daily tactical plans for assigned markets.
* Collaborate with strategists and brand teams on marketing campaigns.
* Plan and execute campaigns per the client's standards.
* Develop and manage content timelines.
* Build relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
* Act as an SME for project management tools and processes.
* Lead status meetings and ensure project alignment.
* Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Drive process improvements and innovation.
* Use Agile methodologies to optimize workflows.
* Analyze marketing data for insights and optimization.
* Implement best practices in marketing operations.
* Stay updated on emerging technology solutions.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years in omnichannel marketing and project management.
* Familiarity with content management systems and marketing workflows.
* Experience with external vendors and marketing performance data.
* Proficiency in Veeva CRM; Workfront, JIRA, eWizzard, and SFMC experience is a plus.
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
