Duties

Experience
Candidates should have prior experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry. A background in fine dining, casual dining, or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred. Key qualifications include:
* Proven supervisory experience in hospitality management or food service management.
* Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food handling and safety protocols.
* Familiarity with shift management practices and kitchen management principles.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
