You will need to thrive in fast paced, target oriented environments, and bring a focused & positive energy into the workplace. In a nutshell – you will make things happen!
Here’s a quick overview of some of the things you can expect to do as aBusiness Development Manager with Civils & Lintels:
* First class account management for existing customers
* To increase the customer base and drive new business through a structured, targeted approach
* Effective usage of the CRM system
* To work closely with the depot team & supply chain to maximise sales & profitability

We can give you plenty of training and equip you with the tools that you’ll need to succeed as a Business Development Manager but you will need to be someone who’s self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, reliable and ambitious. As well as this, we are looking for:
* Experience working in sales for a Civils merchant or supplier is preferred
* Knowledge of the route to market (groundworkers, RC frame contractors etc.) is preferred
* Experience using at least one CRM system
* Track record of driving an increase in sales turnover and profitability
