As a full voting member of the Board, you will work closely with the Chair and Non-Executive Directors to set clear strategic direction, maintain strong organisational grip and provide confident, visible leadership. You will be expected to lead with pace and purpose in a challenging NHS environment, balancing operational delivery with long-term transformation and ensuring the Trust continues to respond effectively to financial, workforce and service pressures. You will be a senior leader within the Buckinghamshire system and the Thames Valley Integrated Care System, playing a key role in the Acute Provider Collaborative. You will work closely with partners across local government, primary care, mental health and the voluntary sector to deliver integrated neighbourhood care, prevention-focused services and improved outcomes for local communities.
