About the role
You will be responsible for leading the IOE’s student recruitment marketing activities. You will manage the student recruitment and marketing arm of IOE’s Marketing & Communications team and work with key stakeholders and departments such as the Pro-Director Education, Heads of Academic Departments, VPEE (Vice-President External Engagement) and external suppliers to develop and deliver innovative and effective marketing strategies to support programme promotion and student recruitment activities for IOE’s 90+ programme portfolio across UG, PGT, PGR and Teacher Training (ITE).
Leading on developing strategy, planning and operational implementation for student recruitment marketing across the whole marketing mix, including advertising campaigns and student recruitment events. Working effectively with stakeholders across the board to meet student recruitment targets, as well as provide market insight in the development and launch of new programmes. You will be responsible for regular monitoring, reporting and evaluation of activities and budget management.

About you
You will have a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate qualification or equivalent professional experience in marketing and communications, experience and expertise in briefing, managing and analysing digital advertising campaigns as well as experience of working with CRM systems.
