Position: Warehouse & Order Administrator

Job Overview:
As the Warehouse & Order Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimising electrical product inventory, handling, and distribution within a branch of the sales department. You will ensure efficient inventory management and coordination with sales, procurement and logistics teams.
Duties:
* Oversee inventory management for electrical products, ensuring accurate tracking and stock levels.
* Order processing for electrical orders.
* Provide technical and product support to the sales team.
* Implement best practices for warehouse organisation, storage, and product handling.
* Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to streamline operations.
* Coordinate with warehouse staff on proper handling, storage, and distribution of electrical products.
* Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.
* Utilise warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools for tracking and reporting.
Skills and Requirements:
* Electrical Wholesale Experience is ideal.
* IT literate
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good knowledge of the industry
* Ability to take instructions and work under minimal supervision.
* Able to self-motivate
* Able to prioritise workload effectively and work under pressure.
* Ability to maintain technical knowledge of product ranges.
* Capable of interpreting customers' needs where appropriate.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Willingness to undertake training to improve capability in the role.
