You’ll be the go‑to environmental expert on a huge multi‑year project spanning over 70km, influencing decisions, guiding teams on the ground, and making sure this nationally significant programme delivers real, lasting positive impact. What You’ll Be Doing:
* Championing Environmental Standards – Setting the bar for compliance and making sure the project not only meets requirements but leads the way in best practice.
* Owning the Environmental Plan – Keeping the Environmental Management Plan sharp, relevant and understood across busy site teams.
* Turning Monitoring Into Insight – Keeping an eye on noise, dust, water and waste, then turning the data into clear guidance people can act on.
* Being the Voice of the Environment On Site – Getting stuck into ground investigations, archaeological works and ecological considerations across a diverse landscape.
* Empowering Project Teams – Giving practical, real‑world advice that helps engineers, designers and temporary works teams build responsibly and confidently.
