? Residential Property Solicitor | Legal 500 Firm | Northampton | 2+ Years’ PQE
Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking to join a top-tier law firm with real career prospects? We’re working in partnership with a reputable Legal 500 firm based in Northampton that is looking to expand its thriving Residential Property team
? The Role:
You’ll manage a high-quality residential conveyancing caseload with a strong emphasis on:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages, transfers of equity, and help-to-buy
* New build and shared ownership transactions
* Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors from instruction through to completion
You’ll work as part of an experienced and collaborative team, with full admin and legal assistant support
About You:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
* Able to handle your own caseload with confidence and efficiency
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong technical knowledge
* Looking for a long-term career within a supportive, reputable firm
