Job Description
We are looking for chef de parties to join our team of 40 chefs, cooking for a high volume fast paced multiple outlet venue based in central London close to oxford Street tube station.
Our fun and friendly kitchen team work strait shifts either mornings or afternoons, we work 48 hours per week with extra shifts paid and regular weekends off.
Our food is all produced fresh on site using high quality seasonal produce with emus changing on a seasonal basis.
The chef de partie will gain the opportunities and training to work across all sections of the kitchen and to progress to sous chef roles.

Ideal chef de parties must be able to run a section and lead junior chefs, experience working in hotel or high volume restaurants would be preferred.
