About the Role
Youll lead a warm, committed team in delivering outstanding care and therapeutic support to the children. As Registered Manager, youll take full ownership of the homes performance, inspire high standards, and champion a culture of compassion, safety and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations of the childrens home in line with Ofsted regulations
* Drive a child-centred, trauma-informed care culture
* Lead and develop a high-performing care team
* Build strong partnerships with families, professionals, and stakeholders
* Ensure robust safeguarding, risk management and compliance
* Monitor budgets, reporting and regulatory documentation
* Lead on inspections and represent the home with professionalism and pride
What Were Looking For
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willing to achieve)
* Minimum 3 years leadership in childrens residential care
* Passion for therapeutic care and child-centred practice
* Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to continuous professional development
