Customer Supply Co-ordinator
Location: New Mills
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Salary: £25,000-£27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role


The Customer Supply Co-ordinator will be responsible for processing all sales orders accurately and efficiently, from receipt through to final delivery, ensuring customer service KPIs such as Case Fill and OTIF are achieved.

You will act as the primary point of contact for order and delivery queries, proactively resolving issues with both internal and external stakeholders to meet customer and business expectations. Becoming the 'Customer Expert,' you will maintain and update customer data regularly to ensure accuracy and consistency.
